Cleanse, replenish and revitalize

I'm not kidding about cleansing to replenish and revitalize.  I've done it and I feel terrific.  I actually lost 8lbs and 18 1/2 inches by cleansing and replenishing my body with the good stuff.  I've kept that weight off for almost 5 years and lost more in the meantime. 

I'm really interested in finding a good at home workout routine now so I can gain and maintain strength.  I work from home so heading out to a gym isn't really an option for me.  Why?  I live in a rural area of Northern Ontario and it would take about 40 minutes to drive to a gym and another 40 minutes to drive back and that's with good road conditions.  To schedule a workout on a regular basis away from home isn't something that would work for me, but if I had a workout routine that I could do everyday, that addressed all of my, what do they say?, 2000 parts, well it could be a real blessing for me.  If anyone has a great routine and wants to share, awesome!

It's funny how we clean our cars, our homes, wash our clothes and everything else, but what about the inside of our bodies?  We can certainly overlook that task, but when I experienced the cleansing program that worked for me, I felt different and it certainly shows on the outside! The beginning of the year is always a great time to start!
