rich text editorⁱ tool. Click the "Emoticons" icon to open a small window with emoticons or "smileys." Click the emoticon you would like to insert at the cursor's current position. This will insert the actual image. There are a number of other emoticons above each rich text editor. Click on those to insert the text representation of an emoticon, or simply type the text representation of the emoticon. Once the content is submitted, it will translate back to the image version of the emoticon.
